Micrographs below, the conidia c.3-5 x 3 µm Didymocyrtis epiphyscia sens str. occurs on Physcia species, conidia hyaline, simple, broadly ellipsoid, smooth, 4-5.5(-6) x 2.5-3.5(-4) µm N.B: The anamorph of Didymocyrtis slaptoniensis is very similar. Conidia hyaline, guttulate, many slightly bent, (5-)6-8(-9) x 2.5-3.5 µm
