The only Skipper found in Ireland, mainly in the Burren Wingspan: 30mm Flight time: Two generations, April-June and August Habitat: Can be locally common on sunny downlands. Also found on heaths and dunes and in open woodland. Larvae feed on Horse-shoe Vetch and Greater and Lesser Birds-foot Trefoil |
