 Dasineura miki Q Photographs on Centaurea nigra, Knapweed. Identification uncertain Host: Usually on Centaurea scabiosa Stunted, partially open flowerheads containing orange-yellow larvae. It is uncertain if it a true gall-causer. Predated by Lestodiplosis miki. The orange larvae of Clinodiplosis cilicrus are also found in decaying Centaurea flower and seedheads Identification requires verification and/or rearing  |
