 White Clover Trifolium repens Flowering time: June-September. Perennial. Native Widespread and very common on grassland, waste ground and roadsides Very variable with long-stalked white or pink-tinged flowers that droop and become brownish when fading. The trifoliate leaves have oval-heart shaped, toothed leaflets often with a V-shaped marking. Prostrate stems can spread widely by rooting at the nodes.  |
