 Bastard-toadflax Thesium humifusum Flowering time: June-September. Perennial. Native Usually found on heavily grazed, species-rich calcareous grasslands but sometimes on coastal dunes A prostrate, semi-parisitic plant with fleshy stems and narrow, yellowish-green, single-veined fleshy leaves. Each flower has 5 sepals (white above, greenish on underside) and 3 bracts. The fruit is 2x length of the calyx lobes.  |
